tenant lead only service - £99 marketing fee paid upfront valid until property is let

A lead only service designed for the landlord who is able to undertake all direct involvement with the tenant(s) and their property.  Therefore the landlord is responsible for the well being of the tenant, rent collection, maintenance and future safety compliance checks and property inspection.

We will simply market your property and should a potential tenant wish to view, all contact details for yourself will be passed on to that arrangements can be made direct.

  • Holding of deposit in an approved tenants deposit scheme which is now law £30.00
  • Arrange renewal of tenancy agreement £50.00
  • Preparing of the inventory if required £45.00
  • Further local press adverts can be placed if required as an extra, with costs confirmed upon request. However please note that recent statistics show that the internet has become the main tool in providing viewing leads and around 85% of the UK now use the internet when searching for property.

Lime Living is a member of 'The Deposit Protection Scheme' which as part of the Housing Act 2004, the Government is introducing tenancy deposit protection for all assured shorthold tenancies (ASTs) in England and Wales where a deposit is taken.

The legislation aims to ensure that tenants who have paid a deposit to a landlord or letting agent and are entitled to receive all or part of it back at the end of that tenancy, actually do so.
